Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe (Smooth)
Hello Guys!!! Welcome back to my channel. For Today I'm sharing my recipe on how to make creamy mushroom soup! In need of a recipe that is easy to make and delicious whether it’s for lunch or dinner. You are at the right place. This mushroom soup is fully flavoured and so easy to make. Ingredients: 60g block of butter 1 large onion 1tbsp of ginger 250g of frozen mushroom 3cups of chicken broth 1 cup double cream 1tbsp of mixed herbs 1tbsp of salt Process: In a cooking pot, add butter on medium heat. When it’s melted add onions and cook until it’s softened. Add ginger cook for few minutes. Add mushrooms cook for 15minutes. Add mixed herbs. Add broth and cook for 5-10minutes, stirring throughout the cooking. Add salt to taste. Add cream and cook for 5minutes. Blend soup in a blender (or use a hand blender) Pour mixture back into pan and cook for extra 5mintues. Happy Cooking!!! Enjoy!!!
